Legal & Terms
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ad Nomina website and the information it contains. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Any partnership or services engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
1. About Our Services
Ad Nomina provides B2B conversion infrastructure (high-intent conversations, live transfers, and performance marketing) to qualified partners in the finance, insurance, healthcare, and real estate verticals. Our services also include a managed AI-enabled inside sales agent that can engage a client's leads across voice calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and email, and deliver summaries of those conversations to the client's systems, such as a CRM. This website is informational; it is not an offer, and it does not create any partnership or obligation by itself.
2. Eligibility and Partner Relationship
Our services are intended for businesses and performance-marketing professionals, not consumers. Partnerships are evaluated for vertical fit, quality, and compliance, and are subject to acceptance and to the terms of separate insertion orders or agreements.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee call volume, lead quality, conversion rates, or financial results. All forward-looking statements regarding performance are illustrative only. Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions and each partner’s own processes.
4. Compliance Obligations
All campaigns and partners must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), federal and state Do Not Call requirements, state telemarketing and "mini-TCPA" laws, and vertical-specific rules, including CMS marketing guidelines for Medicare-related offers and applicable insurance and financial-services advertising regulations. Each partner is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and for the lawfulness of its own traffic, offers, and disclosures.
5. AI-Enabled Services
Some of our services use automated and AI-enabled communication, including a managed AI inside sales agent that can engage a client's leads across voice, text, WhatsApp, and email. Where a client engages these services, that client is responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact its leads and customers and for the accuracy of the scripts, offers, and information the agent is instructed to use. When we process personal data on a client's behalf, that processing is carried out under the client's instructions and is governed by a separate services agreement and data processing terms between us and the client. This page is not that agreement, and nothing here grants any right to use these services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or our services to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including invalid or spoofed traffic;
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to enter an agreement;
- Send messages or place calls without the consent required by applicable law;
- Contact numbers on any applicable Do Not Call registry without a lawful basis.
