Scope
Ad Nomina is a United States company. It sources and places phone calls and live transfers in three regulated verticals: finance, insurance and healthcare, and runs an AI inside sales agent for real estate teams. Conversations arrive by voice, WhatsApp, web chat and email. Call campaigns are contracted per campaign in an insertion order that names the vertical, the geography, the calling hours, what makes a call billable, and what the call is worth. The inside sales agent is contracted as a monthly service instead.
Some conversations are handled by an AI assistant and some by people, and which one runs is a choice made per campaign rather than one inherited from us. That decision, and what it changes about the call, is set out on how it works. The bar every campaign runs to is on compliance. Neither page is a summary of this one; they are where the detail actually lives.
How we work
The measurement is shared
Both sides read the same attribution fields on the same call. A number nobody else can check is not evidence, it is a claim.
Scope before scale
We would rather run a narrow campaign properly than a broad one that nobody can account for afterwards.
Compliance built in
TCPA, DNC, and vertical-specific rules are part of how we operate, not a box we check later.
What we do not do
We do not guarantee outcomes
We do not guarantee specific volumes, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Performance depends on your offer, your market, and what happens to a call after it connects.
We do not publish a rate card
Terms are per campaign, in the insertion order, before anything runs. A published number would be wrong for most of the campaigns it covered.
We do not sell software
There is no portal, no seat license and nothing to log into. You get calls, and a record of them.
We do not close business
The assistant qualifies and books appointments. It does not close, and it does not answer questions that belong to your own people.
We do not present pictures of ourselves
No stock team at a whiteboard, no stock office, no stock handshake. Every photograph here was generated and every caption says so.
