These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ad Nomina website and the information it contains. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Any services, referral or reseller engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Ad Nomina builds and operates AI agents for businesses, including businesses in the finance, insurance, healthcare, and real estate verticals. An AI agent can answer and place voice calls, hold conversations by text message, WhatsApp, email, and website chat, transfer conversations to the client's team, and deliver summaries of those conversations to the client's systems, such as a calendar, inbox, or CRM. We also review recorded calls taken by a client's own team against a checklist agreed with that client ("call reviews"). Where a client needs live agents, we may introduce the client to a partner call center; our role is limited to the introduction, and the client agrees the work and its terms with the partner directly. This website is informational; it is not an offer, and it does not create any partnership or obligation by itself.

Ad Nomina is not an insurance agency, broker or carrier, a lender, a debt relief or credit repair provider, a real estate brokerage, or a seller of health or Medicare plans. Our AI agents work on behalf of our business clients and hand conversations to the client's own people, including its licensed people where a license is required. Any quote, advice, enrollment, loan or policy comes from that business, not from Ad Nomina.

2. Eligibility and Client Relationship

Our services are intended for businesses, not consumers. Client engagements and referral or reseller partnerships are evaluated for fit and compliance, and are subject to acceptance and to the terms of a separate written agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee call or conversation volume, lead quality, conversion rates, or financial results. All forward-looking statements regarding performance are illustrative only. Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions and each client's own processes.

4. Compliance Obligations

All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), federal and state Do Not Call requirements, state telemarketing and "mini-TCPA" laws, call recording consent laws, and vertical-specific rules, including CMS marketing guidelines for Medicare-related offers and applicable insurance and financial-services advertising regulations. Each client, and each referral or reseller partner for the clients it brings, is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and for the lawfulness of its own contact lists, offers, scripts, and disclosures.

5. AI-Enabled Services

Our AI agents use automated and AI-enabled communication across voice, text, WhatsApp, email, and website chat to engage a client's leads and customers. Where a client engages these services, that client is responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact its leads and customers and for the accuracy of the scripts, offers, and information the agent is instructed to use. When we process personal data on a client's behalf, that processing is carried out under the client's instructions and is governed by a separate services agreement and data processing terms between us and the client. This page is not that agreement, and nothing here grants any right to use these services.

Call reviews assess recorded calls against a checklist agreed with the client. They support the client's own quality and compliance program; they do not certify that any call or campaign is compliant, and they are not legal advice. The client remains responsible for recording its calls and for the consent and disclosures that recording requires.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including spoofed caller identification or invalid contact data;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to enter an agreement;
• Send messages or place calls without the consent required by applicable law;
• Contact numbers on any applicable Do Not Call registry without a lawful basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, and materials on this website are owned by Ad Nomina or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Names and Services

References to third-party platforms or trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Such references are for identification and interoperability purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Nomina will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of this website.
