INSURANCE

Shoppers comparing coverage now.

Insurance shopping starts on paper: a renewal notice with a bigger number on it, a new car in the driveway, a landlord asking for proof of cover, a business that has just taken on its first employee. By the time the phone rings, people are often already holding a competing quote and want to know which of the two is wrong. That is a shopper, and here the word is exact. Calls are screened and qualified against your lines, your states and your criteria before they reach your agents. See how our process works.

01 INSURANCE

FIG. 08 · HOUSE, DRIVEWAY, HOSE · GENERATED
  • Auto & home insurance

Drivers and homeowners with a renewal in one hand and a competing quote open in the other. Tracked calls, tied to source and campaign.

  • Life & final expense

A different call entirely. It is rarely about price and usually about somebody else: a spouse, a child, a funeral nobody wants to think about paying for. Qualified for fit before it reaches your team.

  • Renters & specialty lines

Renters, landlords and the odd risks that never fit a standard quote form, in the markets you choose.

  • Commercial lines

Owners shopping general liability, workers comp, a fleet, or a package they inherited from the last broker and never looked at again. Connected by call or warm live transfer, with full attribution.

02 CAMPAIGN TYPES

Insurance is a comparison market, and comparison markets punish vagueness on both sides. The shopper is comparing your carrier against two others they can name. You are comparing our calls against the last vendor's, on lines you know cold and in states you are appointed in. So the useful thing is not for us to talk about quality. It is to be exact about the boundary: which lines, which states, what counts as in criteria, and what happens to a call that misses. Those are set per campaign in the insertion order before traffic starts, and that document is what we are both measured against afterwards.

Advertising rules, respected.

Insurance campaigns follow state insurance advertising rules alongside TCPA consent and federal and state Do Not Call screening. Every call carries full attribution and audit trails, under the same compliance standards we hold everywhere.
