ACA call center answering for open enrollment, around the clock.
Open enrollment on HealthCare.gov runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027 (state-based exchanges can set their own dates), and the phones do not keep office hours while it does. An AI voice agent answers every inbound ACA call in seconds, day or night, in whatever language the caller speaks, detected automatically from twenty languages and regional variants. It collects the basics, such as the caller's state and current coverage, and warm-transfers qualified callers to your licensed agents when they are on shift. Plan, subsidy and eligibility conversations stay with the people licensed to have them. Part of our AI voice agents for insurance agencies; for the Medicare calendar, see AI voice agents for Medicare.
An AI voice agent for ACA calls, in twenty languages.
Answered in seconds, 24/7
Every inbound call is picked up, including nights, weekends and the last days before a deadline. No ringing out, and no voicemail box filling up overnight.
Your desk covers two languages. The agent covers twenty.
Twenty languages and regional variants, Spanish for Spain and Mexico included, detected automatically. Every caller is answered and screened in their own language from the first word, with no menu to pick from.
Screens the basics, nothing more
It asks where the caller lives and what coverage they have now. It does not discuss plans, premiums, subsidies or eligibility, and it does not touch an application. Those conversations belong to your licensed agents.
Warm transfers to your licensed agents
Qualified callers are handed to your agents live, already screened. Transfers run whenever your agents are on shift, at any hour you staff. Outside your agents' hours, the call is still answered, so no caller reaches voicemail.
Built for the peak
Answering scales for the whole season, so the busiest weeks of the year are handled the same way as the quiet ones.

Your licensed agent
Warm transfer
Live, while your agents are on shift. Plan, subsidy, eligibility and application conversations happen here.
The same disclosure on every call.
CMS requires agents and brokers to obtain and document a consumer's consent before acting on their application, and an audio recording is one accepted way to document it. Every call is recorded from the moment it is answered through the transfer to your licensed agent, with the same disclosure given the same way every time, so consent your agent obtains on that call is on a consistent record. Obtaining consent, and anything done on an application, stays with your licensed agents. See our compliance standards.
Live agents for the peak
When the season needs people as well, our nearshore live agents take the calls, screen callers for state and current coverage, and warm-transfer qualified callers to your licensed agents, who keep the plan, subsidy and application conversations. Nearshore live call center agents.
Check the calls your agents take
We review every recorded call, or a set you choose, against a checklist written from your script and the rules your agency follows, with the line from the call behind every mark. Call monitoring for ACA campaigns. Every channel the AI covers is on our AI voice agents page.
Questions from agencies and brokers.
Does the AI voice agent enroll callers or talk about plans?
No. It answers the call, collects basics such as the caller's state and current coverage, and transfers qualified callers to your licensed agents. Plans, premiums, subsidies, eligibility and applications are handled by your agents, not by the AI.
What happens to calls that come in after hours?
They are answered in seconds, the same as daytime calls. When your licensed agents are on shift, qualified callers are warm-transferred live. Outside your agents' hours, the call is still answered, so no caller reaches voicemail.
Which languages does it handle?
Twenty languages and regional variants, detected automatically: English, Spanish (Spain and Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), French, German, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic (Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE), Hindi, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese. A caller is answered and screened in the language they speak.
Can it keep up with the open enrollment peak?
Answering scales for the November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027 window, so a busy Monday in December is answered the same way as a quiet afternoon in October. Live transfers still depend on how many of your licensed agents are on shift.
Do my agents need an active Exchange Agreement?
Calls transfer to your licensed agents, so their Marketplace registration is yours to confirm. It is worth checking before the season: since September 22, 2026, agents without a plan year 2026 Exchange Agreement cannot register for plan year 2027 on the federal platform until February 1, 2027. Agents who already hold a 2026 agreement are unaffected, and state-based exchanges run their own registration.
Planning for open enrollment?
Tell us your states, your agents' hours and where transfers should go, and we will set up the answering around them.
